Future plans

Each half term we will be taking a stroll to our local woods to observe seasonal changes.

Our trip to Lytham was fantastic and thank goodness the rain didn't come until we were safely back on the coach!

All the children behaved so well and made us very proud.

The train ride was exciting and faster than we expected. You should have heard the children scream with excitement as it travelled through the tunnel! We really enjoyed an indulgent ice-cream afterwards.

Now we have been on the trip we plan to use our experiences to write diaries, create seascapes, and consider how seaside holidays have changed over time. This first-hand experience will really help our vocabulary and imaginations to develop.

Take a look at some of our photos in Lytham St. Annes
